Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a UPS prepaid shipping label via email. 

We will cover the charges for shipping and handling on your first domestic return. In the case that another return is made, shipping charges will apply.

We are not responsible for customer returns that are lost in transit or damaged when received.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the warehouse, you will get your refund within approximately 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 15 days excluding original shipping charges.

Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, contains original tags, and hygienic liner for all swimwear. All items must be returned in the original condition. 

We cannot accept returns from outside retailers, only orders that were purchased from our store. We reserve the right to deny any returns on items that are not in their original condition.

What is non-refundable?

Items marked as sale.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
